Payments and subscriptions

Skyviewor Data offers one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions. Choose the payment type that fits how long you plan to use the service. This guide explains what each option means, what to do after payment, and how to manage extensions and automatic renewal.

Choose a payment type

Choose a one-time purchase if you need access for a fixed period. You pay for the selected duration without automatic renewal; you can purchase an extension later if you need more time.

For ongoing use, a subscription renews each billing period until you cancel renewal. Before paying, review the product, duration or billing period, and payment type. Available payment methods, currency, taxes and the final total are confirmed at checkout.

After payment

New one-time access starts at the successful payment’s capture time after verification, not at application creation or first API use. Subscriptions follow the billing period recorded by the payment provider; calendar months, quarters and years differ from 30, 90 and 365 days.

After payment, open Billing to check the transaction and Applications & keys to confirm your access and expiry. For a new purchase, create an application and save its API key by following the Get an API key guide.

A one-time extension of an existing application keeps its application and key, so you do not need to change your integration. If access is still valid, the purchased duration is added to the current expiry. If access has expired, the new period starts when payment is captured. Check the updated expiry after synchronization.

Manage automatic renewal

To stop future renewal payments, find the subscription in Billing and cancel renewal. You can continue using the service through the period already paid for.

Before a scheduled cancellation takes effect, use Keep subscription to withdraw it and continue the subscription. After any change, check access status, renewal status and the paid-through date separately: canceling renewal does not immediately end current access.

Applications and keys control API access; subscriptions control billing. Deleting an application or revoking a key does not cancel subscription payments. Cancel renewal separately to stop future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments; see the refund policy for refund questions.

Refund policy

Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase or renewal are generally reviewed case by case, considering material API use and the circumstances. Approval is not automatic. Non-waivable rights and applicable payment provider rules remain unaffected. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past payments.

To cancel, open Billing, find the subscription and select Cancel renewal. If you cannot sign in, use the management link in your purchase confirmation email or contact [email protected]. Send your purchase email, transaction ID and issue description, not passwords, API keys or full card numbers.
