Refund Policy
This policy explains Skyviewor Data’s discretionary refund review. It does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or applicable rights under payment provider’s buyer terms and refund policy.
1. Request a review
Email [email protected] with your purchase email, order or payment provider transaction ID and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or API keys. You may also seek buyer support at [email protected].
2. One-time purchases
We generally review requests submitted within 14 days of purchase, considering whether the API has been materially used and the circumstances of the request. This is a case-by-case, discretionary arrangement: a request within 14 days does not guarantee approval and is not a worldwide unconditional cooling-off promise.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
Initial subscription payment requests are reviewed under the same 14-day guideline. For a completed renewal, submit a request within 14 days of that renewal payment for review under the same guideline. Applicable consumer rights and payment provider’s rules may distinguish initial purchases from renewals; discretionary review does not replace those rules.
4. Payment or delivery problems
Contact us about duplicate charges, paid access not delivered or a significant technical failure. Include the transaction ID and what happened so we can investigate. Prior API use does not automatically exclude these issues from review. The appropriate remedy, including whether a refund is due, depends on the facts and applicable rules; not every interruption results in a full refund.
5. Cancel future renewals
Open Billing, find the subscription, select “Cancel renewal” and confirm. Ordinary cancellation stops renewals at the end of the current period and preserves paid access until then. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.
Deleting an application or revoking its API key does not cancel subscription billing. If you cannot sign in, use the subscription management link in your purchase confirmation email, contact [email protected] or visit [email protected].
6. Processing and applicable rules
We may request information needed to investigate. Approved refunds are processed through payment provider under its applicable rules, normally to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; no fixed arrival date is promised. Any resulting access change depends on the purchase and refund being processed.
Read the payment provider refund policy and payment provider buyer terms. These and applicable law take precedence over a discretionary condition that would restrict a non-waivable right.
7. Changes
The policy in effect at purchase normally applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law and payment provider’s rules. Send purchase or policy questions to our billing address.
